I was impressed by Tracey Kahle’s professionalism and attention/explanation of the various aspects/details of the appraisal and the appraisal process. I received a very detailed appraisal report which included all necessary documentation required by my insurance company. And Tracey is also a very friendly and charming person to talk to which made for a very overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
