Tracey is absolutely wonderful! My fiance and I went in to get my engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes, and we are so glad that we chose to go to Kahle Appraisals. Tracey was knowledgeable, and explained every aspect of the process to us. She was so friendly and professional, she put both of us at ease. One of the reasons we chose to go to Tracey was that we thought she would be unbiased, and that turned out to be completely true. We will not go anywhere else in the future to get jewelry appraised!
